Summerhill Force waterfall on Bow Lee Beck, Upper Teesdale, within the North Pennines AONB. The overhanging rock to the right of the fall creates a recess known as Gibson's Cave, allegedly the hideout of a 16th century outlaw named William Gibson. Picture taken in early spring before the trees come into leaf.
